When do tickets go on sale?
Monday, April 1

What does my ticket include?
Each ticket has different inclusions. Please refer to the grid for ticket inclusions. ALL tickets include Event Admission, Concert, and Fireworks.

What time do the admission gates open?
4 pm

What time does the concert begin?

8 pm sharp with Master of Ceremonies and Emcee Casey Biggs. 

If my ticket includes wine tasting, what time is the wine tasting?
5-7:30 pm. Wine tasting is for adults only.

How many free children’s tickets can I order?
With each General Admission adult ticket purchase you can order up to ten free children’s tickets. All children must be accompanied and chaperoned by an adult at all times and must have a ticket to enter.

Can I order free children’s tickets for the table seating area?
Each seat in the table seating area requires a purchased ticket whether a child or an adult. There are no free seats for children. A child 2 and under will be allowed for free but is required to sit on the lap of an adult.

Do I need to print and bring my ticket to the event? We ask that each attendee print and present their ticket for admission to the event. You can also add it to your Smart Phone to be scanned. 

Are pets allowed?
For the safety of all, we ask you to leave your pets at home. ONLY certified service animals will be allowed.

Do we bring chairs and blankets as we’ve done in the past?

The Paso Robles Event Center has bleacher seating in the grandstand for General Admission attendees. You can leave your chairs at home or sit in the limited grassy areas with your blanket or chairs.

I’ve forgotten something in my car, can I go in and out during the event?
Yes! We realize some items may be forgotten in your vehicle. Before you exit, please secure a return stamp for easy re-entry.

I purchased a table – can I decorate my table?
Yes – we’d love for you to decorate your table. Decorated tables will be judged and prizes will be awarded.


Where is parking for the event?
Event parking will be available for a nominal fee in the parking lot across from the Paso Robles Event Center on Riverside Avenue. There will also be street parking available. We encourage you to carpool or walk whenever possible. RESERVE VP parking is for full table purchases only and must have a pass displayed on their dashboard.

Will there be a charge for parking?
Yes. The Paso Robles Event Center charges a fee of $5 per vehicle.

Will there be a shuttle?
Since the event will be held in town, there will not be any shuttles available.


Can we bring our own food?
Yes! Attendees are welcome to bring in their own food. This year a bevy of food vendors will be offering a variety of food for purchase at the event.

What kind of food will be available for purchase?

Yes! Paradise Shaved Ice, Society Cuisine, Higgie's World BBQ, Kona Ice, G Brothers Smoke House, G Brothers Kettle Corn, Pairing Knife, Ricos Mexican Food, Ricos Funnel Cake, Dominos, Luv Spun - Cotton Candy, Beaus Dogs.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, alcohol will NOT be permitted and bags, coolers, etc. are subject to search. All alcohol found will be confiscated. Wine and beer (as well as non-alcoholic beverages) will be available for purchase.

Do I need to bring my ID?
If you plan on purchasing and/or consuming alcohol, you will need to present your ID at admission for a special hand stamp allowing you to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

How do I buy beer and wine?

Purchase Paso Bucks to use when purchasing beer, wine, and merchandise. Cash + credit (via square) will be accepted. There will be two ATM's on-site. 

What kind of alcohol will be available for purchase?
Firestone Walker Brewing Company beer and Cass Winery wines will be available for purchase during the event.

Will non-alcoholic beverages be available for purchase? Yes, the food vendors will have a variety of beverages available for purchase. Water will also be for sale at the Merchandise Booths.

What activities will there be for children?

Helm & Sons Amusements is pleased to provide Amusements & Attractions from 4pm until the fireworks begin. Prices for the Unlimited Rides Wristbands and Single ride tickets TBD. Carnival games will be available on a pay as you go basis. Rides range from 48” min. to 32” min. height requirements. FOR THEIR SAFETY, ALL CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR CLOSED TOED SHOES WHILE ON CARNIVAL RIDES.
